Usage Responsibilities
You agree not to use the happy88 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes that compromise the safety of other users. Any attempt to hack the system, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or use unauthorised automation software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the happy88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including online banking transfers and local e-wallets. happy88 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal limits at the platform's discretion.
All withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. happy88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing any withdrawal, in line with fraud prevention and regulatory compliance requirements.
Please note that all approved and processed transactions are final. happy88 is not liable for any losses arising from transaction failures caused by third-party payment providers, banking service disruptions, or factors beyond the platform's control.
Happy88 reserves the right to hold, block, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud. In such cases, the associated account balance may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

Happy88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner that is harmful to other users or the integrity of the platform.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting [email protected]. The request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any valid account balance will be returned to the user once all security checks are completed, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Happy88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users in connection with the use of this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, data loss, or financial losses arising from betting decisions. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
